The Annual Memorial Ceremony was held in Munich today in memory of Kehat Shor, one of the eleven victims of the Munich massacre

Today, the annual memorial ceremony was held in Munich in memory of Kehat Shor, coach of the Israeli national shooting team and a member of the Israeli Olympic delegation, who was among the eleven Israeli victims murdered during the 1972 Olympic Games.

As part of the ceremony, the Kehat Shor Cup was awarded for the fourth consecutive year to the young male or female athlete who achieved the best result in the competition held in his memory.

This year, as in each of the previous three years, the cup was won by a young female athlete.

The ceremony was attended by the President of the German Shooting Federation, the Chairman of the Shooting Federation, Israeli Michael Rohr, the Consul of Israel in Munich, members of the German federation’s executive board, and other distinguished guests.
