Bronze Medal for Israel’s Rhythmic Gymnastics Team at the European Championships

The Israeli team, consisting of Agam Gav (Hapoel Ramat Eliyahu Rishon LeZion), Arina Gvozdetski (Maccabi Ashdod), Avigail Shvud (Hapoel Ramat Eliyahu Rishon LeZion), Taya Sokolenko (Maccabi Tel Aviv), Sofia Prezhin (Maccabi Makpetach Petah Tikva), and Keren Sobol (Holon Municipal Club), finished third in the all-around competition after scoring 26.700 in the five-ball routine and 26.650 in the mixed routine, for a total of 53.350 points.

Later in the day, the Israeli delegation added another medal as Israel won the silver medal in the team ranking competition. The national team ranking was determined by combining the scores from the eight qualification routines of the individual gymnasts and the two qualification routines of the group team.

Daniela Munits and Alona Tal Franco accumulated a combined 221.300 points in the individual qualifications, while the group team added 53.350 points, giving Israel a total score of 274.650 points and securing second place in Europe.
