This week, Deloitte Israel hosted the annual event of the Athletes’ Commission of the Olympic Committee of Israel, bringing together Olympic and Paralympic athletes.
The event focused on the connection between excellence in sports and the worlds of innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology, as part of the “Day After” program, which provides athletes with practical tools and professional guidance to help them plan their personal futures and careers beyond competitive sports.
During the event, Peter Paltchik moderated the session. Adi Bichman, CEO of the Olympic Committee of Israel, and Ilan Birnfeld, Chairman and Chief Business Officer of Deloitte Israel, delivered opening remarks. The athletes also participated in team-building and collaboration workshops.
The event concluded with a lecture by Amit Harel, Partner and Head of Deloitte Catalyst, on technological entrepreneurship in a rapidly changing world.
